Clicking on 'Remote Agents' from the Main Menu provides access to the remote agents management functions. From the main Remote Agents Manager screen, agents can be added, edited, or uninstalled.
To add an agent, sign into the VisualPulse Service account from the target location and click on 'Remote Agents' from the Main Menu. After confirming the installation requirements, click on the link 'download and run vpsra.exe.' The agent will automatically install and start itself on the target machine. To edit an agent's Description (name), click on the 'edit' link. To unsintall an agent, click on the appropriate 'uninstall' link.
